1 General Provisions

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

All betting activity on Hayvip is conducted in accordance with specific rules. Before placing a bet, make sure you understand the odds, rules, and possible outcomes. Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Hayvip reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited
• Bets in live betting may be voided due to network delays
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the original stake will be refunded

• Using hacking tools, viruses, or malicious software on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Harassing or threatening other members

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Hayvip reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. Members may also request account closure by contacting the support team.

• If your account is permanently closed due to a rule violation, your balance may be forfeited
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no login for 12 months)
• If a member closes their own account, any pending withdrawals will still be processed
• After requesting account closure, a waiting period is required before re-registration

If a member believes their account was closed in error, they may contact the support team. Hayvip will review all complaints and issue a decision within 72 hours.
